my wife visa application was rejected during the interview

I am currently living in China, and invited my wife here. Yesterday was her appointment, and because she didn't remembered the exact month and day of my birthday and the exact month and day of our marriage, the councilor didn't proceed her application further, and also didn't give any further guidance what to do. So I want to know whether my wife can reapply for family visa or not?
