I have interview appointed date, for my chinese visa in Niamey, 25th july but Imissed ghe date.

Hello, sir good day !
I missed my Chinese visa appointed date, should i submit my Application ducuments at the embassy's or visa Application service center In Niamey after somedays ?for example with 2 or 3 days to after my appointed date ?
