Dear Sir/MadamI am a Sri Lankan and working for a multinational company and one of our branches in China has invited me for business meeting. I have got the invitation letter but our travel agent said that the invitation letter should have Chinese red seal. But our branch in china doesn’t know it and they asked for a sample. May know what I can do

The red seal of your branch in China is OK. As for the content of the invitation letter, it should include your name, purpose of visit, places to visit, date of arrival and leaving, hotel and more.
