About:China Family Reunion Visa

Does spouse of grandson of relative we're trying to visit fall under China Q1 visa restrictions

We would like to visit my husband's grandparents in China. Do I qualify as a family member under China's Q1 visa restrictions?

Would their great-grandchildren (our two kids) qualify for a visa?
