About:24-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Traveling from the US to Hong Kong

I am traveling from the US to Hong Kong and Macau. I have a Brazilian passport.
Am I allowed to get a 24h visa at the train station - going from Hong Kong to Shenzhen to shop for the day? In and out on the same day. I just plan on taking the train from Hong Kong to Shenzhen

After shopping in Shenzhen, you will then return to Hong Kong? If so, the route will not be eligible for the transit visa.
