10 Year Visa

I am Australian living in Australia, but I also have a British passport. Can i apply for the 10 year tourist visa in Australia but on my British passport? (or is this available for Australians yet?)

It's only available or US and UK passport holders. But only those once having a 5-year visa can obtain a 10-year one.
