About the agency in HONG KONG

Do you know if I use an agency in HONG KONG to apply for an X2 or F visa, will it be accelerated?

Those agencies are familiar with the process and efficient in helping you prepare the documents. But once the docuemtns are submited, they are not able to accelerate it. If in a hurry, you can pay extra to use the express or rush service, to get the visa in 1-3 working days.
