Currently my scholarship is suspended as a result of the pandemic and political instability faced in Ethiopia. However now the situation is steadily changing and hence i want resume my scholarship back in China. So does the Chinese embassy in Addis Ababa provide me urgent entrance visa service (X1 or X2) when I am applying for visa in person at the Chinese embassy in Addis Ababa?Thank you for your response in advance.
