Visa Overstay due to National Holidays
Hello
I have no intention of leaving China at the moment. I'm still employed. However there has been some delay with the annual Visa application with regards to the change of policy and the holidays in between. I've been given a humanitarian visa in the meantime that expires on the 29th January which is a Sunday. I doubt the visa department is at work on Saturday the 28th after the national. holiday. Will I be fined? Is there a grace period and can I reapply for an extension while my application is being processed. Thank you
