About:Chinese Calendar

Do i have the birthday right??

A chinese guy i know told me his birthday is on Feb 17th on the lunar calendar. Is that the regular Feb 17th that I know or is it a different day?

I think the regular Feb 17th you mean is Feb 17th in Gregorian calendar. But the birthday of your frined is in lunar calendar. They are two different calendars, hence two different dates.
