Tourist visa to China.

Good day.
A danish citizen in Dahka want to visit and study SHK at a Chinese university in Wuhan. How can one do it with a tourist visa first? And can a visa be done in Dahka?

To study in China, you need to get an enrollment from the university in China, with which apply for a student visa. It is almost impossible to change an L visa to a study visa here in China.
