Change employer with a non expired residence permit is possible?
I moved employer within same province of China. My work permit was cancelled and new work permit was being obtained by my new employer - my previous Residence permit linked to my contract from previous employer is still valid 3 more months, can I wait until expiration of the current residence permit to renew or is it required to obtain a new residence permit for me and my family since I have a new work permit from a new employer? We remain in same province.
