Ban on student visa.

Hello Sir ! I'm a student and holding a valid X1 visa ! I wanna go to china as my visa Is issued after March 2020 and still valid till December 2021 .. But they said Students visa are banned and can't travel ! But you said first the On Student visa we can travel ? Please need some guidance ! Is Student visa X1 visa banned for travel ?

If the visa is issued on or after March 28, 2020, you can travel to China with it.
