Can I apply for work visa now after my 3 years entry ban expired?
I unintentionally overstayed for 116 days and since I was pregnant with complications, they just deported me with no detention or fine. Two years later, I tried to re-enter the country on work visa, with new passport and new name, since I got married. Valid Z visa was made in embassy and got canceled because not all 3 years of ban passed.
Now after 3 years finally passed, can I get a work visa and enter with my child added on the same visa?
