About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Does a US Green card holder from the Philippines qualify for the 3 days visa?

I am planning to take my wife to Xian, China but she is a US Green holder from the Philippines. Does she qualify for the 3 day Visa?

No, she is not qualified for it. Actually, the 72-hour visa free policy has been suspended because of the pandemic, which means non people qualify fir it at the moment.
