Work authorization with Q1 visa

Hi, short question for big problem:

Is it possible to work legally in China with a Q1 visa ? It seems to me that it's not allowed for Q2, but I have never seen an official website mentioning it for Q1

No. You need to change it to Z visa in order to work here.
