Work Permit Cancellation Letter not issued by Bureau.
I was working in a company in shanghai for two years.
Last year i changed my department in my same company, and because it was a different department, they told me the salary will be a bit lower then before, because i would be a new employee there and they will have to treat me like a fresh candidate. The salary was lowered and i started working there.Now my work permit and resident permit both will expire om 31st of May. I found a new job, and resigned from the old company. I was released from there om 19th of May. They issued me labour contract termination letter, and leaving certificate of 18th. Then they applied online for work permit cancellation, and it was rejected by the bureau, when they asked the bureau why it was rejected, the bureau says the my tax was not paid properly and they reject the cancellatin. Now they have asked the tax record of my company till early June, and then they will decide this matter. While all this is happening, i am in the new company and everything is getting late.
Will i get blacklisted and not be able to work again for some time, even it was not my fault, or this issue can be solved without any effect on my next work permit.
