Apply Business Visa for entry to China

Hi Sir/Madam,
I'm from Malaysia. I would like to confirm it is Malaysian citizen possible to apply the business visa to China now (during this pandemic)?
What is the latest requirements needed by China Embassy for business visa approval to China? Kindly advise. Thank you.
