x1 visa to family visa

Hi im living in china on study visa for more than two years, and i have gotten married to chinese citizen, can i chnage my study visa to marriage visa and how i cab get invitation or do i need invitation if i live in beijing currently thanks

Yes, you can renew your X visa to Q visa. In the situation, the invitation letter should be provided by your Chinese spouse. Also, the copy of Chinese ID card of your spouse and your marriage certificate are needed.
