S1 visa: What’s the procedure of transfer

What’s the procedure of transfer if I’m currently holding a work permit and residence permit and want to change to a spouse residence permit. My husband is a foreigner working in China. Both are in China now.

You can submit the following requirements to local Public Security Bureau (PSB) Exit and Entry Administration office to renew it: your passport and current resident permit, application form, invitation letter from your husband, his passport and resident permit, marriage certification between you and your husband.
