About:Policy for Foreigners with Immediate Family Living in China

My husband is from mainland china ,im filipino we get married here in Phillipines only.

And he was died recently what visa should i apply to go back in china?
We been visited there twice but it was short term a tourist visa.

Do you have any other families in-law in China, like parents in-law? If so, you can apply for Q visa. Otherwise, it's difficult for you to enter China right now.
