Renew my H.K. Special Administrative Region PRC Passport that soon will be expired

Hi, Please advise me how & where to Renew my H.K. Special Administrative Region People's Republic of China Passport that is going to be soon expired. I know 2 pcs very recent-taken passport sized photos, a statement copy to show my existing residence address etc.
Please let me know ASAP any more information I needed to do....

To help control the spread of Covid-19, the Consulte-General of PRC in Toronto has opened a website for Chinese citizens to renew their passports. You can make an application online step by step： ppt.mfa.gov.cn/appo/index.html

You also need to submit your passport info and Canada visa or residence permit info.
