I am a Hong Kong Resident and had been in Hong Kong since September 2020. Can I travel to Macau (with quarantine) with my HKID?

No HKID is needed. Malaysia passport holders are exempt from a visa to enter Macau for up to 30 days’ stay. You need to have a negative proof of nucleic acid test within 24 hours before entering Macau and accept the quarantine for 14 days.
