About:Chinese Embassy in Singapore

I wish to know what procedure is required for me

Dear Sir,

I wish to know what procedure is required for me to have a Chinese Translation and Notarisation of my Chief Operating Officer Singapore Passport. Do I submit it to CVASC at Robinson Rd or to the Chinese Embassy at Tanglin Road? what documents do you need besides the Singapore Passport. My COO needs to travel to our China Office for supervision and work.

Kindly let me know asap.
Thank You
Yours Faithfully,

Either the CVASC at Robinson Rd or to the Chinese Embassy at Tanglin Road can handle the visa application. For your COO intending to travel to China for work, you should have a work permit or invitation letter for him, and submit together with his passport, a filled application form, a recent photo, and other supporting documents like a medical form and criminal history check.
