Career Transition?

I would like to know if there is any chance of career change as in a shift from what I have been doing so far and change to an entirely different career path this year.?

Should I remain in the same company look for a change of department or shall I job explore outside?

I am having terrible time, work stress with my current manager, but I like my job. I don't know what should I do as this keeps giving me mental exhaustion every day.
