Your wife should be chinese/hong kong/macau citizen. Hong kong /macau wife need to have 5 years residence permit from china. 2. she need to stay last 6 months in china. 3. you need to have marriage certificate. 4. if marriage certificate is issued in china then no attestation. 5. if your marriage certificate is issued out side china then need to attested by china consulate/embassy in that country. 6. original passport of applicant & application form. 7. 2 passport photo. 8. residence registration in china. 9.tenancy contract. 10. medical certificate by approved medical hospital. 11. your wife original i.d. cards n photo copies. Contact exit entry bureau. It is easy not so difficult. Need to go to exit entry bureau city & province of your wife i.d. issued
