Covid Requirement Before Boarding flight to Shanghai

Must China nationals flying back to Shanghai from Kuala Lumpur airport on flight MU8586 28th Feb 2021 take a Covid PCR test 3 days in advance ? Also, upon landing in Shanghai Pudong airport, will the person be quarantined for 14 days ?

Yes, it is a must to take the Covid PCR test and antibody test within 48 hours before the flight departure. Upon arrival, you need to go through the tests again and be quarantined for 14 days, then another 14 days at your house.
