Life is reality. You only got one life. Make your life better by participating in activities and volunteer helping the community. This will help you understand making a difference gets you somewhere in life. Helping others is key to having a foundation ox. Stop shoving yourself in the rabbit hole. Doing something will help you forget the negative attitude. Small talk always works too with anyone in line or even talking to a cashier in checkout too! You have the right to see yourself suffer but remember, at-least give yourself some slack once in a while! I’m trying to keep myself stable too. I am the fire sign.
