I need to go to China to marry my Chinese Fiancée but I can't get visa because of Corona situation

I need to go to China to marry my Chinese Fiancée but I can't get any visa because of Corona situation, I am from Saudi Arabia and just finished my paperwork from the Saudi side and need to go to China as soon as possible to finish my paperwork from the Chinese side, I have tried the humanitarian visa but the agency said I can't apply through it, when you think tourism visa will reopen again?
