Traveling to marry a Chinese citizen

Hi there, what are the required documents when applying for a Chinese visa? I was asked to prepare Property documents,travel history and good bank balance. What exactly do I need ?

The requirements are based on the visa type. I think you need a S type visa to China. Besides application form and photos, you need an invitation letter from your fiancé to prove your need of marriage registration. I haven't seen cases like yours so cannot give you the exact requirements.
