About:Overstaying in China & Penalty

I have overstayed by 2days.

I have overstayed by 2days my permit expired on 31st. My question is will the Exit Entry Bureau in Zhenjiang Be Open Today Jan 2. Or can you tell me when they will be open. Pls get back to me at your earliest convenience.
