Booking of hotel

Kindly guide if I may book room in hotel and my friend would be guide there in Shanghai than he will be tour guide than it is possible or not

As far as I know, Pakistanis have to join a tour group in order to get the tourist visa, so I'm afraid your friend cannot be your guide.
