HEALTH DECLARATION

Dear Sir,
Greetings of the day.
One of our friend wanted to visit china and has been offered the Business Visa.
He had a flight yesterday through AirChina.
He received the report from HAMS hospital getting the IGM value as 0.92 ,and CORONA Test as Negative.
Since we were told that below 1, it is negative , so we uploaded the same for Health declaration which was failed.( Applied on 21-11-2020)
As the declaration was failed, we were thinking of to redo the test again after 2 days.
The result for IGM now is 0.88.

So, we are confused, should we post this on the health declaration again or not.
My question is ;
What is the range of the acceptance for IGM value?
Can we re-submit the application with the new test report or not.( Planning to apply for today 23-11-2020- to catch the flight of Tuesday 24-11-2020.)

It would really be great to receive your answer and help us get this out.
