About:Marriage Registration in China

Living in Beijing

My Partner lives in Beijing and we wish to live together and get married next year around April. I hold an Australian Passport and have been to China before. What type Of Visa can I apply for please.I hope to fly to Beijing late December or early January 2021 Thanks Regards Paul

Dear, as you are not married, you cannot apply for a spouse visa. Therefore, you may only be eligible for the tourist visa, but China doesn't issue tourist visas at present.
