About:China Private Visit Visa

Visa S1 application

We are trying to apply for an S1 visa for my husband, I have a work permit and residence in China, however the CVASC informed us that we also need a PU letter for him to apply, but my school said we do not and that the government will not be giving PU letter for family members. What would be the process to get an S1 visa in this situation?

Wendy, your husband should have a PU letter in order to apply for the S1 visa at present. You need to ask your school to try the best to get it for your husband.
