About:Chinese Embassies and Consulates

Singaporean with work pass enter China with Fast Lane Entry

Is ViSA compulsory for the above personnel to go through Fast Lane? They still have to do the necessary test and health declaration etc ?

Yes, they need to get a visa and do the necessary test and health declaration.
