Does a Singaporean with China work permit still required a visa to enter China using the Fast Lane?

Need to follow the whole procedures of quarantine?

Dear, do you have a valid residence permit of China? If not, you still need a visa to enter China. No matter you have a valid residence permit or not, you should follow the whole procedures of quarantine.
