Do you need to purchase separate ticket of Jiuzhaigou for each day ?

If you were staying at a hotel outside of the park, do you need to buy a new ticket every day to re-enter the park?

Yes, you need. If you staying a hotel inside the scenic area, then you don't need to purchase separate ticket.
