Is S2 visa still valid during COVID to travel to China?

I applied and got an S2 visa in 2018 to visit China. Can I still go to China now during COVID or do I have to apply again? And if so, should I get a visa or a permit and who can I contact about this? Currently living in Houston, TX

You can't go to China with this S2 visa. If you indeed need to go there, you should get a new visa. You can contact the Chinese embassy in Washington DC for the details.
