can q2 visa enter china right now?

Hi,I'm a US citizen (college student), currently in USA; but my family (Chinese/American Chinese) are in China right now. I want to go back home and visit them. I already have a 10-year Q2 visa, but will I be able to enter China with just a Q2 visa? I know that foreigners holding residence permits are now allowed to enter China borders; I am not sure about visa.Please let me know thank you!!!

To my understanding you can enter China with a new Q2 visa.
