Zyan, if you owned a residence permit based on work reasons that expired after March 28, 2020, you can now apply for a Z visa.

Hi,Thank you for your response - but i dont hold a residence permit what i need to apply for is a working Z visa!  and i would like to know is if the consular from china are open for Visa processing

Yes, the visa center is now open for some types of visas. It's possible to apply for a working Z visa now,
