passport renew apointment set up issue

Question

my wife needs to renew her passport as its about to expire in one month she has completed the application form on line but is unable to confirm a date with the consulate can you please let me know how can we set up an appointment for the passport renew this is a very URGENT matter consulate in LA dose not pick up the phone

Well, if you can not get through the consulate in LA, I'm afraid you need to go to the consulate in person to seek advice.
