About:Chinese Temporary Residence Permit

Type of visa to apply

If a Singapore company has obtained contract with china local company, to provide consultancy n training services in China, what kind of visa should apply for staff sent to China? the contract will last 3 years, the service period can be short n long term in china.

If the service period is shorter than 180 days, a business visa is okay. If it's longer than 180 days, the staff needs a work visa.
