Is there any posibility for getting S visa during covid?

My husband is working there in china and has got the resident permit too. As he came to Nepal in January to get married with me and this covid pandemic started. We are here now in Nepal. Can i get S viva for china and go china with him now?

You may apply for it, but need an official invitation from China government through his employer.
