how long is the wait for a visa?

I'm applying for a work* visa at the DC embassy. I see here it normally takes about 4 days generally speaking for a visa, does this mean for all visas or just a tourist visa? Is it also possible to pick up my passport (with visa) at the DC embassy?

The four days are for all types of visas, but during the epidemic period, it may take longer to process a visa. You can pick up your passport with visa at the DC embassy after you receive the notice.
