About:China Business Visa

In process of registering small WFOE in Beijing, need business visa to finalize

As outlined in the summary, I need to travel to China, likely on a business visa, in order to finalize the registration of a WFOE in Beijing. To whom should I turn to get a PU invitation letter, and what are my chances of acquiring a business visa?
