WFOE Work Visa
Hi,
I am a British national with a WFOE set up in China (I am the legal representative and sole owner of the company). I have 3 questions:
1) Is the process of getting a work z the same as if applying through another company?
2) Can I do this via an appointment with the office in London?
3) My friend has my business documents in China. I am in the UK. Would he need to send them to me in the UK so that I could take them to the office? (or would scanned copies be OK?).
