i have a invitation latter from China and already booking ticket for October 3rd , can i get visa

i have a invitation latter from China and already booking ticket for October 3rd , i already prepare all papers , if i summited my all to embassy tomorrow can i got visa ? and it's possible to flay on October 3rd ?

Normal processing time is four working days, but at present, you may need to wait longer to get a visa. Anyway, please submit your application ASAP and confirm with the consular officer if you can receive the visa before October 3rd.
