Xiamen Airport to Haicang District

What is the best way to get to get from Gaoqi Airport to Haicang District (this is where my hotel is - The Three Island Hotel)? We arrive at 9AM. Would it be to get some form of ferry or is there a bus that runs there?

Also, is it easy to get to the other side i.e. Siming District / Baicheng Beach during the day?
