Requirements for US Citizen to Visit China

I have a 10 year multiple entry tourist visa for China. With this visa, I went to China in early January, this year, to meet a friend, but I had to return to USA due to Corona Virus outbreak there. I live in Bay Area, California. I am perfectly healthy, no exposure to COVID -19, so far. I would like to know if I am eligible to visit Chana in early November. Any helpful information would be appreciated.

No, China now only allows part of foreigners to enter for emergencies, so you cannot use a tourist visa to enter.
